  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you on the return process.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The item must be sent back in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7 working days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

5. Exchange Policy

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
